    Nah he gets huge damage bonus with zero ramp, doing nothing, just from the start of the fight. He really needs that limitation.

    Yeah it’s not like he can take most meta defenders in 30 seconds and gain massive regen while doing so

    Juggs might not be good for the Cosmic class. When Juggs can do the fight it wil be over with very fast. If you need an attacker for BG, Juggs is the answer. If you need more of a dual threat, Red Skull would be better. I jave Juggs (sig 60) as a rank 3 and man does he kill defends fast and he's easy to use (best part). I have Red Skull (unawaken) at rank 2 but once he's awaken I will rank 3 him for sure. They serve difference purposes.

    What massive regen are you talking about lol? If you think the 1000 hp you get from the relic every minute is massive that’s crazy. 1k hp is less than 2% of his health at r3
