is there a bug with mastery loadouts still my parry stun is very short

my 2 inactive loadouts dont have full parry and stun mastery 3/3 but my main active load out has both maxed but my stun is all aspects of the game is very short compared to other players. i made sure my active defense box was also checked one my first main loadout and that didnt fix the issue please help?

    Who were you using, who were you fighting, what nodes are there, and finally, do you have a recording of it? All of the above will make life of debugging much better.
