Unplayable lag on specific map

I first noticed this maybe 2-3 months ago, but was naively hoping that it would be fixed - the map/stage in the below screenshot is basically unplayable, gameplay slows down to maybe 4 or 5 fps:

How has this not been addressed after all these months??
I had just included the below in another post earlier about Disconnects, but the same issue would go for LAGS, etc, as well.
And may just be that some fight scenes are more processor intensive than others.

Also depends greatly on your Device, and how long you have been inside running game since last restart, and also how long since last Hard-Reboot of device, and how many other things you do on your device, watching YouTube or other videos, etc.
Processing Load, Resources, Cache, Memory, in your Device greatly affected.
I know mine is affected after having watched YoutTube videos (not necessarily embedded from in Forum, but on YT site itself). Need to reboot device itself after some YT’ing sessions.
Memory Leaks in software (not just Kabam, but other software on Device).
What else Device might be doing in background (periodic App or OS Update Checks even if no updates available, sync of stuff across devices, etc)
Etc, etc, etc
Which would have nothing to do with how close you sit to your WiFi/Router, and how fast your internet service is.
It's strange to me because everything will seem perfectly fine and smooth beforehand, either playing on a different backdrop or just the phone in general (Pixel 7 Pro just for context), then on this backdrop everything will go back to the Stone age, then after that everything will go back to normal again.
I would think that if it were a more generalized issue with the phone, then the performance drop wouldn't be isolated to just this one specific backdrop, sandwiched in between periods of normal performance.
I do restart the app multiple times daily, and phone every day or two, and I also rarely have any other apps running in the background. I run 60fps with no issues (even when playing Dust), so it's hard to imagine this not being specific to this particular backdrop.
In any case, I obviously still play the game everyday, most of the time with little to no issue. It's just such a drag (literally and figuratively) when the fight starts and I see this backdrop, that I know I'm very likely not just to lose the fight, but also have a choppy time watching myself die too. Maybe someday an update will come along that will indirectly remedy this, I can only hope.
