I wasn’t exempted from the seasonal alliance rewards, when I participated in all the wars. Why is that?

    If you had recently joined an alliance then it wouldn't qualify you for the rewards.

    There is no Alliance rank or solo rank rewards during off season so that's why you didn't get any rewards. The first war is already over and we are at war #2 in the current season.
