3000 units exactly gone, you must have clicked on something and buy something by mistake.
If its a true mistake and you haven't opened anything., try opening a ticket.

    How did you “Check” ?

There is not any IN-GAME History of purchasing items using your Units.

Only real-money purchased outside of game, where you can see Google/Apple purchase history.

Was probably one of the Pop-Up Offers, and you were about to click on something else when Pop-up came and your click was accidentally applied to the Purchase Offer instead.
3000 sounds about right for one of those recent things.

“Submit a Request” Ticket (from support pages), and ask if there was (and you haven’t spent any of the items, that you don’t know what the items ever were)..

Did you complete EQ for the first time within the past 24 hours? Their completion offers are 3000.

It means the kabam ID email that is associated with whatever account you're trying to do something on isn't the same as the account that is actually linked to that email
