Sinister Degen

Is there any way to apply the degen without using the bleeds from holding heavy? When a champ is on a stun immune node there are no real openings for Sinister or are there?

    Cancelling a charged stun heavy into a relic stun charged heavy would be amazing.

    Maybe. But would be a neat interaction, since to my knowledge Sinister is the only stun pauser in the game at the moment.
