I only see enough Magnetron crystals for 99/104 does anyone know where the last 4 are?

I currently have 74
We will get 10 more from traders store
We will get 14 more from daily objective double track
If the pattern continues we will get 1 more from side quest

Will next month's sidequest have 5?
I can't find the post for the magnetron crystals so if someone can direct me to it I'd be thankful

August Meta event. They haven’t announce what it is though. Hope it is something simple like Paragon Gauntlet completion or something like that.
