This is exactly why we don’t need higher frame rates. The average player doesn’t even realize that the game runs at 30 fps, and it looks great. Higher frame rate would just increase bugs and loading time. Jinx

Maybe, it really depends on how character models were/are designed. I doubt there's any issues with animation sequences (or modeling) that would significantly impact this. I think it is more a question of internal timing, race conditions, and movement pacing that might make this problematic. Not impossible, but the question would be whether the effort was worth it. The input refactor took a *loong* time to develop. Higher frame rates might be easier, or it might be vastly harder to implement.
