Clear Zone 1 Quest

Second quest shown here. I have done threat 4 two times. Am I REQUIRED to do threat 3 and take a reward loss to complete the quest? If so is it better to forego quest and get better rewards?

It says threat level 3 so yeah it needs to be 3

Are you CAV ? (the Objective for T.L. 3)

“Solo Objective - Zone Clear” looks like they are TARGETED for people based on their Progression.
TB have T.L. 4 for their Objective (with different rewards), see 2nd pic below.

And if you indeed used a Saga Champ in T.L. 4 to defeat Scorpion, and didn’t get credit, then appears that indeed your Progression Based Objective is steering you to the T.L. that would better suit your Progression.
**at least for 1 run of it, if you want the Objective reward.

I am Cavalier. I don’t think NF is saga but I have 2 tickets left. I can try and win one with saga. I think CGR is my best saga for him. It just sucks because I have to choose between quest and getting better rewards. Which would you choose?
