Collar Tech mastery at rank 5 disappearing

Hi, I am having trouble with the Collar Tech mastery. I unlocked the highest level of the Collar Tech mastery during the addition of the mastery loadouts. The problem is when I put all 5 points to the max rank it disappears; during a battle the icon is gone and it doesn't appear to be functioning.

I played around with it a bit and it does work all the way to rank 4, just not at rank 5. At rank 4 the enemy definitely gains less power and the icon is present. Also the prestige on my champions still goes up as normal. For the moment I went back to 4 points into the mastery so it will keep working. Hoping there is a fix.

Is anyone else having this problem?

    I don't know how many people even have tech collar at rank 5 to verify, but I hope it gets resolved for you.

    Yeah I just discovered this issue myself, looks like this issue still hasn't been fixed due to how rare having 5/5 Collar Tech is on MCOC.

    I managed to submit a bug report to Kabam Support so hopefully they start looking in to it and fixing it soon but it's genuinely frustrating to have saved months of Loyalty currency from doing months of AW to find out that the max level of one of the best class based masteries is bugged (Not really much competition though as it's only Mystic Dispersion and Collar Tech that are the only good ones).

    Probably not gonna play much until they announce a working fix for this bug because I have a LOT of champs that happen to be in the tech class that I love using, or I might have to just go back and use some units reset my masteries to revert back to 4/5 collar tech (Shocking how outdated the mastery system still is in a 10+ year old game tbh)

    Okay, after doing some testing (as part of having to provide evidence for the bug for the support team), it seems to be a visual bug more than anything as after upgrading 5/5 Collar Tech, the opponent after 9 hits (Combos used were MLLLM MLLL) seems to gain slightly less power compared to 4/5 Collar Tech.

    Just thought I'd make this comment for people who are experiencing a similar issue and not wanting to go through spending units to mess around and find out.

    Hey, as stated in the most recent comment - this is in fact a visual bug.
    The effects of 5/5 Collar Tech is working properly, and this has been a thing for a couple of months.
