Tank Busters Threat Rewards

So I was cavalier when the event started(threat 3), last night I hit thronebreaker and tank busters didn’t update the rewards from threat 3, even though things like clear zone 1 updated to zone 4. I contacted support and they don’t seem to understand @KabamDORK or anyone can you help?

You said previously that you still had 2 tickets left, when you had not done T.L.3 at that time.
So you would still be able to get that Profile Pic from the T.L. 3 Objective (before you became ThroneBreaket).

Did you get the Profile Pic then ? (Prior to reaching TB)

Or did you choose the “getting better rewards” ?

I did this separate because it’s more about the tank busters but I referenced clear zone 1 to show the game acknowledges my threat change in one area but not another.

However, I used both tickets in threat 4 because I didn’t think I’d get thronebreaker and missed on profile pic. Then last night when I finished thronebreaker it updated that quest so I will not get the cool profile pic

Support contacted me and said rewards are based on your profession when event starts. That doesn’t seem fair to me for a month long event and really wish this would be looked into. A lot can happen in a month.

Running Events probably just like Calendars.
You don’t get your new progression calendar until the current one ends.

They probably give the new Objective, because it is a “different” Objective.
It's not the “same” objective but with different rewards.

Yeah I think so. That still is upsetting cause it’s month long. So essentially gonna miss a 6* awakening cause I wasn’t thronebreaker a week early? It feels like something that could disengage newer players actually trying to progress. Cause threat 3 rewards are almost meaningless to me now

I’m delaying claiming from the Cavalier tier reward. Is there any chance they will acknowledge a month long event should update at major milestones?
