You get points for each win and lose points for each loss. Try to get as many points and see where you end up.
It's not like VT, you can derank. You only get one set of rewards at the end of the season

So after vibranium you go straight to the start of gladiator circuit?

Starting from Vibranium 1, you're no longer in Victory Track. Gladiator Circuit is more fun than VT, because you can lose your rank. If you can't win, dont worry. Doing 1 match is enough to claim season rewards when bg finishes 😊

Do you have to do this every season with climb from bronze to start of gladiator or you just remain in gladiator for every season?

You didn’t have to start this current season in Bronze (that was just last season that happened).

You should have started this season 8 levels below where you finished prior one (and should be “8 levels below” going forward each season too).
**with the highest you can be starting, ie for everyone that ended in G.C., would be Diamond 5, technically 10 levels, but at the start of a whole grouping

No you don't have to. If you finish the season at least in uru3, you will probably start the next season somewhere in platinum. I started p1 this season.
