Unfair ban

Hello players and users. I had a problem. About two weeks ago, my Marvel Battle of Champions account was banned for cheats while passing the Necropolis. I'm interested to know if it's considered cheating to shoot a bot for Kate Bishop in maximum pumping and elevated under boosts in a very short time? And anyway, how did they determine the use of cheats in the Necropolis? Perhaps they mistook the quick removal of the bot for cheating)))) I ask for specific instructions for what exactly was banned, which bot did I kill with the program? How long did I kill in time?I have spent many years of my life playing this game and I do not want to lose my work because of a mistake made, most likely because of the autobahn, that is, a program error. I strongly ask for a more in-depth consideration of this problem, thank you)

And thinks the message from Kabam is about beating a robot defender in Necropolis, or using normal Health/Attack Boosts in game in order to make their Kate Bishop stronger.
As opposed to a “modification of game files, etc, to modify the champs in a fight, or change abilities, etc”
(edit), yep. Bunch of those replies above came in while typing.
Or had someone else do that Necropolis for you (whether or not they had used Modified game/device, is still illegal to have someone else play game on your account)
Anyway, very unlikely it's a false ban
Did he get ban because defeated the Defender (this is what he mean by Bot) fast with Kate?
He believe the Kabam might have banned him incorrected because he was too effective at finishing Necropolis fight with Kate (as she is very poweful).
This is just my interpretation of what OP.
While there is a cheat system in place that has had cases of false bans, you would have to wait for kabam crashed to look through the data and see why they banned you. Kabam support is typically unhelpful when it comes to going into details on a ban.
