Apparently we’re supposed to be getting compensation, for the double up re-union crystals not actually appearing for us in game.
Is this a true statement, or was I just misinformed on this matter?

We are, they're going to put them directly into your crystal stash

Did you end up being able to buy the Double-Up offer ?

(you said you didn’t have the money at first, then the offer went away ??)

So, if not, then you'll only get at max the (up to) 3 of the Double-Up's that had been mistakenly given out at the beginning, and then were removed from ppl's accounts as they fixed the bug. (for those that didn’t actually open them right away)

If you had not opened them at first, and they were removed, Kabam has now given those back to people. They showed up directly in Crystals Tabs (not stash or mail).

If the purchase offer had resumed, and you ended up buying it, then the additional reimbursement for those that did so may still be coming. (did not happen at same time as when the other 3 were given back out a couple days ago)
