Can't redeem the promo code

I'm not able to redeem the latest promo code..can anyone tell me why this issue is happening with me

    Have you tried using all caps? That’s what worked for me, but it could also be expired

    And (potentially, hadn’t tried on this particular one before it has since been removed, and sooo many other threads about Promo Codes, but this has been mentioned whether this is the case or not in at least one of those other threads), but maybe also be in all lower case too.

    So they actually make 2 (or 3) versions of each code.
    And it's not just that you can mix/match Case in whatever letter you want, as if the software doesn’t look at Case. It definitely does depend on Case, and so when mixing cases it is only 1st letter of each word. (or just do all caps, or try no caps)

    This last one failed for me in all lowercase, but worked in all caps and then in first letter capitalized on second account.

    And note, you can continue to test different ways (until it's actually removed, like now) even on same login acct here in WebStore.

    Trying it again (or other valid version) after already claiming, will say “already claimed”.
    That will let you know what the other correct versions are, even if already claimed it.

    As opposed to saying something like “invalid” or “not found” for either an incorrect or expired attempt.
