September 5th bug with nearly invincible crystals in the game

I'm a gamer from China, I opened the game this morning and got the newest Near Invincibility Crystal. However, I can't get anything from the crystal. My in-game update email told me that everyone who opened the Near Invincibility Crystal was able to get at least one token, but apparently there is a problem with the game.

Thank you for specifying which bug and not just saying September 5th bug as there's so many bugs that wouldn't have been specific enough
