Who get the 7-star Chee'ilth?

Hello fellow players!!! I am a Cavalier on the verge of becoming Throne Breaker, I want to know if I can get the 7-star version of the champ if I become TB or is it just for Paragon and Valiant? What about the 3 choices on the monthly calendar, what do I have to be to get 7 star version of those champs? Let me know, thank you!

I believe it is Paragon for Chee'ilth. As for the champs on the calendar, calendars don't update after they've started (aside from shards calendars), so your only option will be 6*
