From the 7 star selector earlier. What do i do

    Are you sure you didn’t click on the whole panel for Korg, but then just clicked on the PROFILE ICON for Colossus (which would only have shown you the pop-up of Colossus status, whether you currently own him and at what Sig) ?

    So when you then did Claim, the panel for Korg was still the one highlighted (and not the Colossus panel, because you really didn’t click on the Colossus panel, just his Profile Icon).

    If you really want to try and get it reversed, Submit a Request Ticket (below link), just don’t Rankup or Levelup Korg, or used him in any quests/arena, or apply Sigs to him, etc, in the meantime. Else they will say you benefitted from him and won’t reverse it.
