No selector

I didn't get to claim the selector.
Anyone else got this issue?

Yep, same here, apparently many people from global chat also wasn't able to get the selector. I think it has something to with our region.

I clicked on it. Got disconnected. Logged back on, it popped up. Selected Thing. Got the spinning wheel. Restarted the game. No Thing. Multiple times logging off and on. Still no Thing. Submitted ticket this morning and have not received a reply as of yet. Annoying.

I contacted them and they said it's due to regional time difference.
They promised to send it as a compensation package. That was a few days ago and I haven't gotten anything yet.

They also said they didn’t have an exact timeframe on when that compensation (missed selection) would be sent out.
