    You're not high enough progression to use relics yet. He will be there when you progress. Relics are a different tab in the champion menu.

    You need to be Uncollected to unlock relics. You won’t see your relic until you unlock them.

    It might (?) need Level 40 *and* be Uncollected progression.

    But where you will see them, there will be 2 TABS/BUTTONS along the top of your Champs screen there (like above your Ebony Maw).
    One being a button for CHAMPS, other being a button for RELICS.

    That will be how you switch between looking at Champs vs Relics (once you are high enough to have access to them).
