Thor ragnarok - power gain ignores power lock? [Not A Bug]

I was fighting thor ragnarok in a quest with my gwenpool. I powerlocked him with her special 2 and then his power gain was triggered after 19 hits. Thor started gaining power even though he was power locked. That thor was noded with "enhanced abilities" (just saying in case the interraction with the node could be an issue). Is this a bug?

Gwenpool does not power lock. Her sp2 only stops power gain when hitting opponent. The opponent will still gain power from other sources, ie DS (has no effect), Deadpool XForce (when hit low health threshold), mystic dispersion, Thor Ragnarok passive power gain, when opponent hits you, etc

Thanks nightcracker. That's useful to know abput gwenpool. However the original issue was with dormamu when i was fighting doctor strange.
