The precision effect chance is tied to defender's Ability accuracy so if you reduce it, you may not get it (Kabam add adamant axiom node)
I can see that with champs like Black Cat on attack, but this is happening with non-AAR champs. I’ve experienced it most recently with SW, CGR and Cheeilth (as far as I can recall).
If this is Assassin again, then it’s past time to address how that mastery interacts with these kinds of effects.

Do you have a video to share of it? Would be most helpful in diagnosing the issue.

So I’m told by someone in CCP that there’s a problem with adding Adamant Axiom to BGs. They didn’t elaborate, but that could explain it.
Clearly, I think AAR is a huge mess that the team has no idea how to untangle. It would be interesting to know whether they considered it a *fun* result that (1) a mastery which can’t be worked around (other than by removal) (2) would cause a node to fail to the tune of zero damage (3) at the end of a fight (4) in a timed competitive mode.

But isn't adamant axiom invented in first place because they used to add force of will before which made some champs completely unusable (especially Tigra). Now they can't add adamant axiom as well, funny.

Again, I didn’t get elaboration and didn’t want to put anyone in a bad situation.
Well the realm event is already underwhelming and if the summoner choice bg season is bugged it just demotivate people and drive them away from this season bgs and once again we may not achieve the realm event milestones.

Not going to lie, it is demotivating. But I’m under no illusion that my decision to play or not to play will have any effect on the Realm results.
Long term, I think the team needs to settle on a defensible position for AAR that isn’t “head in the sand.”
Intercept done by Silk versus Sassy, granting passive crit effect. I drop Silk’s Sp3 immediately because I inadvertently pushed her past Sp2 and…no damage from Sp3.
After Sp3 animation, crit passive still on screen looking like a pie that’s had a piece removed from it. Clearly it triggered, but to no avail.

That one’s not at all a bug no? Crit me with your best shot only lets you do damage with critical hits. Sp3s simply cannot be critical hits by any means. No crit = no damage.

I suppose you learn something every day… completely news to me, but it makes sense if Sp3 (which is a hit) doesn’t benefit from the passive crit effect.

More than a couple, but one occurs at 30:00 mark and another at 39:25.
