18000 should get you a generic 4-5 gem for a 6 star and 36000 should get you a 1-2 class gem for a 7 star.

18,000: 14 5* sig stone crystals, 2-3 5* rank up gem crystal, 5000, gmc shards, 7 gold.

36,000: 15 5* sig stone crystals, 2-3 5* rank up gem, 5001 gmc shards, 8 gold.
