It’s been a while, can we update the Sunday arenas?

At least some grandmaster crystal shards or something would be nice.
Premium hero crystal shards, still being in the rotation or these arenas- is incredibly outdated in my opinion.
I’m not saying to add 7* shards to it, but some 6* shards, maybe some small amount of rank up materials, or even some paragon crystal shards would be pretty nice.
Just a thought though.

    It wouldn’t even be that big of a deal, and I mentioned absolutely nothing about units.
    I’m completely suggesting a change to the shards that are rewarded. Premium hero crystal shards, are one of the worst rewards in the game; especially for an end game level player. Not the best for a brand new player either.
    Grandmaster crystal shards in my opinion (at the very least) are much better for progressing players and endgame players alike- since they’re much more likely to reward good amounts of ISO.
    PHC shards just don’t cut it anymore, or small amounts of 5* shards- from the ranked rewards.

    They wouldn’t update only Sunday arenas. They would look at all arenas.

    To be completely clear, I was only talking about a Sunday arena update. Not a regular arena update.

    That's not his point. If they did anything to any arenas, they would do something to all the arenas. Kabam Crashed has been very clear on this topic.
    If you don't want units in the other arenas impacted, then you don't want Sunday updated.

    What’s the big deal with buffing the shards we get from the Sunday arenas? It’s not like that’s gonna break the bank or anything.

    Make it progression, it adds to the prestige of titles like ThroneBreaker or Paragon.

    Rank Rewards should be buffed, but not a crazy buff, the milestones will be what you’re aiming for.

    Well, yes, there are Units on Sunday.
    The Cat Arenas (no, it's not the Hero ones, but it's more than just the Splash ones)

    Or at least 2/3rds of the time (actually a little higher percent of time, because they start at 6pm vs 1pm normal Champ/Splash ones, or whatever the new NON-DST-Changing times are now, so there is a little crossover on “days”).

    Maybe they could change the cadence of Cat Arenas to align with same time of day, and change rotation instead of 2-on / 1-off, to have them on SET DAYS, where one will always be dedicated to always include a FULL SUNDAY.

    If they spend the time and effort to look at something, then they're going to change everything because it has been years since the last arena update. It might not make sense to you, but that is exactly what kabam has publically said.

    As an arena grinder, no.

    Current arenas is well balanced in terms of rewards (units, gold) vs. efforts. No change is needed. Sunday arenas a good break from not being compelled to do arenas everyday or just do the minimal for the 22 hour objectives.

    no, never, and kabam said don't ask and they're looking out for us. we're getting units easier than we should and asking for an update to any arena is like asking the IRS for an audit. no good will come from it!

    You know, on 2nd thought all we really need is the Daily Super event to come back. Then these can be completely ignored.

    Still anybody terrified of losing arena units because GM shards are upgraded to Cav and/or Paragon shards needs to go back and look at the last time they updated arena… maybe then they’d realize that these arenas weren’t part of it and stop fear mongering themselves.

    We have been asking for a change for at least 5 years out of the 10...
    I just made my peace with it, realize that this Sunday Arena is just for lower progression players to get some mats and a day off for me. It also triggers nightmares of doing it all day to try to get a catalyst and then see bots taking them...
