Solo Event Rank Rewards

I've noticed that as I complete my solo events (Level up, specific class advancement, arena wins, ect) that I score way over the cutoff to be elidgeable for rank rewards, yet I havnt received any in a while. Why is this? Is anybody else having this problem??

    When i was able to log in i received mine.

    I was just able to get on for 5 mins and nothing... and this was going on way before the recent server issues.

    Are you sure your reaching ranked rewards?

    I usually score well over the last milestone for solo events I crush. Obviously I don't complete them all, but for the most part I do. Havnt received any rank rewards in like a week.
