Imo the basics have more Ws than Ls. The titans were a bit rough, but still not completely useless. Sable will more than likely be buffed, leader can be a decent defensive stall with inequity, NTW is a great safe counter to most of the skill class, and northstar could be useful in questing scenarios. None are top of the top but none are completely terrible (unless sable doesn’t get buffed but that’s unlikely.)

I like “half L” as a rating. That is what I will assign to my Titan pull, which was a dupe of BRB. He’s cool, I see why people like him, but I haven’t used him for one single meaningful fight since we received him originally back in the summer. Aside from smashing FAM (which is admittedly very useful, depending on nodes / meta), I just don’t find myself wanting to use him badly enough to deal with the rigidity of his loop.

Luke Cage is very good for the current VT meta too. Stack enough exhaustions and he can reverse the power gain
