How to get the Bastion Title?

I haven’t heard of it until an hour ago. How do you get the title if anyone knows?

It's from getting first place in realm events, and hasn't really been tied to money at all so far. The first realm event (crystal cleansing) just finished so there's only one Bastion so far, but the second will be coming from the Battlegrounds realm event going on now

@Ackbar67 Right ok. Someone told me that 1 person from each alliance can get it by putting up the most points… I was lied to.

Yeah sorry just a joke. But seriously, getting first place in these realm events likely requires heavy spending but massive effort to go with it.

Pretty sure Vern said he didn't pay at all for the bastion title and just had a huge hoard. For this one, lots of spending of lots of money won't help you either and you need to just put a ton of time into BGs. I imagine the person who gets it will have devoted a ton of time and probably some money for elder marks too.

Hoping it was a one time thing. Hoard rewarding shouldn’t be a thing.

Will just encourage more players to hoard.
