You guys genuinely can't see difference between a joke and someone being honest
For context:
today at 0:00am (central European time) I made a joke about the fact that I didn't get the one time use code for the champion knull and what do you guys decide to do?
You decide to be toxic and not listen to an obvious joke and only one of you guys knew that it was a joke

So disagreeing with your inside joke is being toxic. It's a simple disagreement button. The only way that it would toxic is you assume the worst from it. If disagreeing with someone is toxic than you can find millions of people being toxic out there. Not everyone is going to agree with everything. Good example is the election in the US right now. Nobody ever gets 100% of the vote so there's a lot of disagreement. If someone is harassing you and mocking you, I would say that's being toxic. If you are that sensitive, I would avoid posting anything here or anywhere in general. There will always be trolls who will click disagree and someone will have a difference of opinion who will click disagree.

Your response underlines a fundamental issue I have with the forums. There's nothing wrong with a few jokes but I can't help but wonder if some of the newer posters are teens just trying to get involved with the community only to be immediately met with some very nasty responses.

Some of the responses from what appears to be fully grown adults to these new posters are legitimately toxic.

From what OP is posting and showing, OP is mad that there are so many disagrees to OP's (not obvious) joke. There's no comment about toxic comments at all. So in this context, it's an over blown whining summoner who isn't happy that the rest of the summoners aren't 100% align with OP's opinion of a joke.

Also you got put in the same bag as that flood of people who were begging for a promo code for like 3 days before the last stream, that didn't help.
Add a lol at the end it might be interpreted as a joke or something...

Honestly, would have actually been a great joke originally if they had just attached the screenshot that they showed in THIS thread (after the fact).

Instead it came across as soooo many other posts all the time related to what time of day something happens.
Posts about “it's 12:01am my time (western hemisphere) and something hasn’t happened yet, where is it ?”
Or even if they know it's not until noon-ish they think it should be Noon “Their Time”.

Rather than it being about the name of the champ.

But this just reminds me of the time Seth MacFarlane hosted the Oscar's (movie awards for those not in America) several years ago. He had to basically explain every one of his jokes afterwards. Sooo awkward.

The forums are definitely toxic. From almost every angle.
Kabam screws up. People try to point it out or even just ask questions and the people who spend every waking moment on here dump on them. Because Kabam is the only thing giving their lives meaning. Defending their corporate daddy at all costs.
Other people may rage about perceivably nothing. But at least they don’t blame the customers for the manufacturers mistakes like all the knuckle heads crapping on you for whatever this thread and others are.

Also, if everyone’s calling somebody an idiot, is it not toxic to pile on and keep on going after that person?
This is Kabams forums and they do for some reason, fully endorse crapping on other customers just as long as you don’t say anything about the mistakes they make
