Is that a preview of being able to SELECT WHICH of your SP's you want to use ? (if so, would be nice).
But how about still being able to see how far along you are progressing towards that next Bar (they better not be removing the ability to see that)

I would imagine they slowly fill up as the power bars do currently and only light up when they’re full

It’s probably unique to her and seeing how there are two states, most likely it happens after a certain requirements are met? Maybe once she reaches 3 bars of power her ability becomes instantly fractured and you can choose which ability to use but at the start it’s a normal bar progression.

I notice a lot of sites that talk about mcoc use the word skin for what ever reason rather than "champion" its annoying yeah but expect a lot of talk about "skins" coming up now.

Interesting to see how the fractured power will be implemented in the future. It’s not that big of a change but could give the devs some more freedoms to create cool abilities

I actually think they mean cosmetics, so maybe an emote/profile picture. I’m assuming Kabam said cosmetics and the news site assumed skin. Especially since they say this “skin” is coming on October 20th

Maybe, but would still be much harder to tell exactly how far along you'd be (if it was just gradually changing the brightness or color of the next SP button).

Would make more sense. If that champ abilities change states all at once into enabling the next SP (and not a gradual power build up to it).
And then maybe also only available for that champ (and not every champ), as far as seeing all 3 of these icons now, and being able to select which you want to fire off.
(Whether they are for an Ability, or for different SP's. either way)

No requirements, it's a new mechanic for her that allows you to use any special you want despite how much bar of power you have. The comparison is a reference showing what she will have and what will regular champs have.

Isophyne looks dope tho, reminds me of kaguya. They said she can also bend reality or something like that in the articles. We'll see how that plays out into her animation. I'm hoping it's not just meaningless blasts like sorcerer supreme
