Is there any way to remove I And l from the promo codes. It’s just annoying.

Hi kabam, I finally got my promo code to work.

But can you please get rid of the

I (capital i)

and

l (lowercase L).

Confused me for a bit as it refused my code.

Thankfully I worked it out.

I guess copy and paste would work too…but my email isn’t on the same device as my gaming device, as I try and keep it clean and free of other stuff.


Anyways, yeah… I and l. Marvellous lol.. or should it be ioi.

    Oh yes true true lol. I just never do, as I have the store loaded on to my gaming device, so it’s easy to open store, get the daily and then jump into game.

    That you would get if you would subscribe to the mcoc mail
    But it's a one time use code
    (It's like a code that can only be redeemed once)

    I hate when companies do that too.

    Letter i (eye) and letter L (elle), and number one.
    Also letter o and number zero.
    When they treat the upper/lower case where it looks identical.

    The same happened with me was typing capital I instead of l came here and saw it and then corrected it they should change that tbh just don't add l in future code
