Alliance auto finding member if ally is open not working?

Guys, maybe i missed something, i have an open ally, usually game finds and adds players to ally automatically, but i noticed thats isnt the case anymore, i kicked few inactive players, usually if its less then 5 or something, game adds u new ally members but right now it didnt add anyone, any comments?

It seems after you kick a certain number within a short period, it stops, like you can only get so many new members this way within a 24 hour period. They'll start popping in again, trust me

It’s been broke for a while. Give it a few days and it will start adding super low accounts again

You can try turning that off (making Closed or having to accept a request) for a day or 2.
Then opening back up again.

Ours was just re-opened in last couple days, and it did auto fill with strong people.

(But yes, sometimes the system does seem broke at times, and either give nobody, or give very low people. Not sure why the mechanism flakes out like that at different times, or under different alliance circumstances).
