Seeing the same on my screen. It's supposed to update every 15 minutes or so. Especially with more objectives out, there's no way no one has been playing.

I think the Stark Foundation reversed its bank transfer so now In negative credit.

I am currently holding off on running for my objectives just in case. I feel pretty confident that points are still tracking, but I'm really not interested in the very unlikely possibility that they could contribute nothing.

Or they will do none of two things. The event is frozen as we see it, but that doesn't mean it is actually frozen. They're not going to comp a visual glitch that has no impact on gameplay.
