It appears people still don't understand what the titan crystal is supposed to be. It's not a place to get OP champs. It's simply a place to get new champs before they hit the basic. Some of those champs just happen to be of less value to most than other champs.
Champs I don't have as 7*s. Sassy, Sunspot, Domino, Mantis, Photon, Silk, Ham, Onslaught, Bullseye, attuma, Hyperion(one of the most wanted), Negasonic, yes I want her, White tiger most wanted, Luke and a few I forget. Not including the missed champs from special rare pools. Name any junk, most probably I have them duped twice or thrice.
My last few titans have been all demoralising. Prowler, Sersi, thing, north star, Nova, hood, sable, sable, sim. I pulled serpent but he's unduped atm. Many other important sig investing or r3 worthy 7*s are still unduped.
Because of the lack of top cream, I have stopped pushing BGs. I used to comfortably sit at M2. I don't do that and probably cant. I'm not that good of a player, but I did okay. I have all these mid champs people consider as "OP" at r2. My rankups are full of copium and midness, but it's okay, R2s are not that rare anyway.
Game is not fun using most champs you don't want to play. Forget the stupid titans, im missing so many from basics or still waiting for their dupes. Very much unfun.
I understand why Kabam has lower drop rates for those top tier champs otherwise it kills the purpose of the game that is Grinding...
But it's frustrating when after opening 100s u still don't get what u want or even something worthy enough.. all u get those junks..
Whether players want to believe it or not, the drop rates are equal for all champs in a crystal unless the crystal provides specific drop rates for individual champions.
Yes but then why 90% of the community still whine.. I agree u can't pull the best in each pill but what even after 100s of Opening u still get junk..
1. 90% of the players don’t whine about their pulls. I doubt if even 9% of the players whine about their pulls.
2. Let me know after you open 100s of Titans and still get junk.
Here are all my Titan openings to date:
Lady Deathstrike Silk Lady Deathstrike Thing Bullseye Sersi Dust Ironheart Destroyer Symbiote Supreme Destroyer Northstar Prowler Silver Sable Enchantress Black Widow Deadly Origin
Overall, I would say I managed to do somewhat above average for Titans, but this is not what I would say was extraordinarily lucky, or extraordinarily unlucky.
Honestly I don’t understand the people flaming the OP. Of course those champs are excellent… from a basic and not Titan crystal.
This whole, who can zing the OP the hardest to farm likes, vibe is so childish.
“Oh my god my crystal pulls are so bad” is the new “oh my god Master difficulty is such a cash grab.” People have been whining about silly things since the beginning of the game, and getting skewered for it just as long.
I say skewered, but in fact the MCOC forums are the least reactionary to whining out of all the online game forums I’ve been on in the last twenty years. We’re down right gentle to it, and almost sympathizing at times. Try it on game forums that target less casual gamers than MCOC does.
It is not so much childish, as a like for like vibe. Whine, and you’ll attract a commensurate response. As you would tend to everywhere else.
That’s completely separate from the fact that as has been pointed out many times, including by the devs, the Titans are not intended to be the most highly sought after champs, and are explicitly not designed to include them specifically. They are the modern iteration of the featured crystals which were intended to offer increased agency in targeting newer champs. The original 5* featured was the new featured champ and the basic pool. The 6* design was six new champs and a curated set of champs from the basic pool. The Titan is basically that, but using difference currency from the basic shards to reduce the ability to shift basic currency to featured currency.
The featured was never about the best, it was about the new. The Titan is the latest iteration of the featured concept. Complaining about the value of the champs in the Titan as if they were supposed to be consistently high value champs when the devs have explicitly stated that’s not what the crystal is for, and historically speaking none of its ancestors were designed to target consistently high value champs, and there’s essentially no chance the Titans will ever be a repository for highly sought after champs, is just unproductive yelling at the sky.

I'm assuming you are the best source for this information, apart from the devs. Do you know if all champions are equally weighted in a crystal? Is the probability of getting a Doom or Hercules from a six-star crystal same as the one of getting a Groot?
I ask because not every game works like that. The crystal drop rates only show the odds of getting a rarity of champ. There are other games where individual items within a bracket have different drop rates based on perceived value within the game.
Seriously! Both are good champion...and then what do you say about this. I opened 3 crystal but didn't get that much good. I will happily take yours..I guess spider punk could be worth playing but not sure for others..

Look I’m not DNA but I’ll answer right here that they’re all weighted equally unless specified otherwise (like with the featured champ crystals you can buy with units). You can believe otherwise but it’s the 100% consistent answer from Kabam and I do not recall ever seeing any substantial indication posted that would suggest otherwise, I’d think that’d be a bigger deal if it had been found.

Kabam doesn’t explicitly state that all heroes have equal drop rates. However, they do guarantee that you’ll receive a 7-star champion, which you did. It’s possible they adjust the odds among 7-star champions to maintain balance or highlight certain characters. In time, I believe you’ll collect all the champions, but different algorithms likely influence the individual drop rates for each one.
Thanks @Squidopus, @SirGamesBond. The crystals only display the the drop rates for a particular rarity of champ, like 1% for 7-stars in Paragon crystal. I don't doubt that those are accurate. My question was for the weighting of individual champs within the crystal. I don't recall seeing any information about that in the past.
I agree, it must have been clarified at some point, since if individual champions had different drop rates it would have been more discussed here. There is nothing illegal about it, there is no advertisement of what champ one is going to pull. Other games do this, not all rare items are valued equally by the playerbase, and monetizing this is not strange.

No, no, no. (And re-read Squid's reply a little bit earlier)
**Unless it is a Featured type of crystal that is highlighting a specific champ or 2, as a higher odds featured crystal (new release, etc).
But otherwise, ALL CHAMPS IN CRYSTALS HAVE THE SAME ODDS.
This includes Titans, and all regular 2/3/4/5/6/7* crystals (whether wholly, or from shards), as well as PC's Grandmaster's, etc (stated odds will differentiate between probability of which “star” version you get, but from among the Champs themselves each Champ has same odds)
They don't do things like “well, such and such is considered by the community to be a Tier-1 champ, so we consider that one to be rare, and lower their chances”. NOPE.
They have stated this numerous times over the years.

Until you pull a Silver Sable from a Titan, I don't think you can complain.
Also like @Squidopus said Serpent isn't in the Titan pool anymore.
