Market Points aren’t something that you get in-game afterward. They just count towards the “Market Bonus Event” points milestones (in the Web Store itself, at top).
And those points RESET EACH WEEK. They just reset within the past hour.

You have to do a Weekly Points, and each of the 7 Daily Points ones, each week in order to exactly get 1st Points Milestone (without spending). 20 points for 1st milestone, so after new Weekly and Daily today it will show you need 12 more points for it.
