Logged into my account from 2015 won’t let me do any quests

I recently decided to get back into this game and I logged into my old account, when I logged in it says I haven’t done any of the quests even tho I’m level 5 and then we I try to do the quests it’s not letting me.

    (1st), all of ACT 1-4 was revamped, shortened, etc. so unless you were full 100% explore of an Act before, it will show you as needing to re-do them for Explore.
    Chapters 2-4 of Acts 1-3 completely removed now.

    (2nd) as for the error, maybe you had left-of with a team in an active quest way back then, maybe even one of the NOT Chapter-1 quests of Act's 1-3 (which no longer exist now).

    Try starting some other non-Act quest, like Daily Quest, see if that will allow you to exit out of the former quest you were in ??

    Or else, Submit a Request to support, and have them take you out of whatever quest you were still in from years ago…
