Action on bugs

I've never really made such posts and hopefully never will again but this needs to be addressed.

Whenever there is a exploit or bug that BENEFITS the players in some way (the elite bounty hunt for instance) kabam immediately takes action by suspending accounts and taking back the items gained unfairly from the bug they caused of course but, whenever there is a bug that affects the players negatively they leave it for weeks and don't care about player's loss.

The retry button, raid bugs, loading time bugs, input bugs, ai behaviour, incursion bugs, etc the list is unending, the retry button is actively stealing resources from players who don't know that its bugged and its been like that for a long time now, as when the game crashes it doesn't always take you back to the continue fight screen it just takes away 50% of your health.

Same for the raid bugs related to lost charges, defenders regenerating hp and what not lol.
I'm not asking for a compensation but atleast address and fix bugs that can end up in the loss of players...

When there is a bug where people could break the games economy, kabam revoked the rewards and prevents softlocks of the account by temporarily suspending them. Imagine you got a new 6* herc from the exploit and we're in a quest when kabam took your 6* herc away. The game would throw an error because you have an illegitimate team and you would never be able to do quests. To prevent issues like that, they do a temporary suspension (of literally a couple hours) to revoke the rewards.

Other bugs take time to be fixed and often are fixed in a different build of the game. Raid bugs have been proven to be high priority as evidence of it being fixed day of the issue and the BG milestones disappearing were fixed in an hour or so of it happening. Just because exploits are fixed quickly, doesn't mean kabam won't fix other bugs that are detrimental to the playerbase.
