Double charging for weekly valiant

Just a warning to people. I was double charged for a weekly valiant deal (both charges exact same date). I pointed it out to Apple and then they noted the error and corrected. Woke up this morning to a negative unit balance. Check your charges carefully for double charging. Don’t take billing at face value. If it can happen to me it can happen to you.

You need to go through kabam support for refunds to not get the negative unit balance

I have done that now. There should have never been one to begin with put on the account. They should review these individually rather than defaulting to negative units. Also what protection does Kabam have in place to ensure this is not Hampton others? It clearly says one can be bought yet charge posted twice.

“Double Charged”, or accidentally purchased it twice ? Did you get 2x the amount of stuff ??

Or possibly (if only allowed to buy 1 a week ?), do you have multiple accounts ? And you bought one on your Alt Account initially (or by mistake), then realized it was not your main account, so went and bought it there too ? So both would show up on your Apple Purchases.

-or-, was one of them from the previous week, and Apple lumped the 2 purchases together into the same processing ? Do you see, or do NOT see, whether your previous one was also there, charged on an earlier date (in addition to the 2 new ones) ? Or were you just looking at this date and didn’t bother to line things up with other purchases ?
