Is their any way to transfer my mcoc account thats on my device into a kabam account so i can use promo codes and such for my account

What do you think you mean by “my MCOC account that's on my device” ?

All accounts actually reside on the Kabam Servers. It's just a matter of how you're telling the game what account to use from there.

Do you mean you are using Game/Play Center to login to your game account ?

Or do you mean neither the above Center's , but also you have never created a Kabam ID yet, which means Kabam knows your account only by the device you are running the game by (and so, from no other device) ? (at least, I think this is still possible, to never have had a Kabam ID or Center login ??)

So you just need to create a Kabam ID, but do so in a way (process can be confusing) which links that Kabam ID to the game account you are currently running.
