The more trophy champs in that pool, the better is say. Add that xforce Wolverine, Jean grey, etc.

X-Force Wolverine was never an in-game character. Jean Grey was actually part of the quest in the Terregenesis storyline where you had to fight her, Phoenix and Dark Phoenix. All three were bosses with skills, abilities, etc. XFW was just purely dialogue cut-scenes with a reskin of the OG, unlike Weapon X who was a boss fight long before he was added as a trophy.

Wolverine was an npc the month of psylocke aa and iceman where the map was white and people didnt like it due to hard to see what u explored

*IF* they add Jean Grey to the contest, she BETTER not be in that terrible Extraordinary costume that they have the old outdated model for. Besides, that Jean Grey was a time-displaced OG5 60's era Jean Grey and not the cool post-phoenix version we know for 90% of her publication.

Also, people have been 'talking' about Jean Grey being a possible 'trophy' champ as early as last Summer for the Banquet event - and we saw how that was based on absolutely nothing.

I highly doubt we're getting a Trophy champ with an entirely new model/moveset at this point.

Ok but jessica Jones was never an in game character either. She was only once an npc just like xforce Wolverine. I'm sure they still have his model stashed away somewhere. Just needs a kit.

True, but I would like her animations to be a bit smoother as I realized her medium into specials don’t always connect

Instead, I wish they’d just make the Dark Phoenix character and make her overpowered as she should be.

To be completely honest I'd rather see Original Angel drop with Cyclops than Jean.
