Why Arcades PI so pathetic?

I understand Hyperion, he's old...but Arcade been taken to Rank 2 + I attached a maxed out 5-star Relic on him (1200PI).
Stuff like this for some here would be cringe or rich people problem but in BG deck drafting it just does not look intimidating.... especially if he'll go to Rank 3 and be with lower PI.

Maybe he didn’t earn enough money to get a higher position?

Maybe your masteries don't affect Arcade as much as your other champs

Auntm.ai is a fair bit outdated in terms of new releases, but Arcade is actually pretty high up in the prestige rankings. Seems like his issue is just that he’s got an abnormally low PI unduped and gets a lot of it back at high sig. Compare his unduped PI on the list (first column) to the others with similar prestige at max sig (second column). Not sure why he’s like that but he is.

For reference, here’s my own max sig Arcade next to an equal rank max sig Nimrod, relics taken off for ease of comparison. Nimrod has a very high PI (among 6*s at least) and Arcade is only marginally behind him. Again, doesn’t necessarily detract from the fact that his unduped PI is weirdly low but it isn’t at high sig at least.

Some champs have high prestige/low Pi like overseer. Some have high in both like doom. Some have high pi low prestige like g99. Some have low in both.
