Tbh I have never come across a comic that focuses on her, she's just referenced every so often in the xmen comics from what I've seen, so I can't help there

Thinking about this some, this could be a fun idea to do with new champs, like a little bookclub where we read an issue or two between when they're announced and when they're available. Gives me a good reason to use my Marvel Unlimited subscription more haha.
May require some deep pulls though like in this instance haha

I also volunteer to help in any way as a deep, deep Marvel comics fan (been reading X-Men since I was a kid in the early 90's).
And to OP, for Spiral, if you can stand the many, many tangents (they're actually pretty fun and offer a lot comparisons, literary and pop culture references), you should listen to the Cerebro Podcast episode about Spiral.
It's episode 80 and it's titled Rita Hayward (her real name). And if you want to listen to *just* the character file (that explains the characters linear history from their first appearance till now), that begins at 1:07:20.

You know what can be cool? You guys showing the very comics panels you use for the attack animations you give champions, or panels that reflect the reasoning for them having certain abilities
So we see how you literally bring comics to life
But yeah I'm reading the Longshot series now like @EdisonLaw recommended and I'm getting to Spiral's part

Let's go! Do the Spiral dance!!!
But I don't wanna hear about her, I wanna read it
Fo sure. Sometimes these characters are so convoluted from their very long history that some people like hearing a condensed version of her character history *alongside* reading some of her appearances.

Great idea Pinwheel, because sometimes the community may not know who the character may be before they get introduced into the contest.
