Promo code not working

Hello kabam team

I have tried this code to claim the 6* mojo and underneath the promo code box in read writing it says that it's unable to find the code. Can someone please help me out with the situation.

    Yes and when I tried the code I was unable to claim

    Try changing the similar looking letters.
    Upper case “EYE” vs lower case “EL”, or number ONE.
    Or ZERO vs upper case “OH”
