Effect Reinforcement - Defensive Recovery
Gain +15% Regeneration Rate while Blocking

This common hack isn't working, block or no block, regenerate rates are the same.

Is that supposed to be for Regen BUFFS you have on yourself, that while you are Holding Block position, that your Regen Buff (or Salve mastery) would be +15% more HP Regen'd per tic while continuing to stay in Blocking stance ?

Or that when you block an attack, you’ll Regen 15% of the blocking damage you took ??
