So you want them to remove questions that only the original owner can answer and replace them with questions that anyone with access to the account can answer?
That's a steep reduction in account security and game integrity protection.

The device can be sold too.

Where you were is not that specific.. its not asking you if you were in the kitchen or the bathroom. Its asking country or state.... And the purchases you can check in your apple and google history....

There are stories of mercs shipping devices to get content done... You'll be surprised how creative ppl are for cheating and scamming and all the black market stuff within the game

Same IP for 5 years straight? Are you some type of hermit that never left the house? ... Your mobile IP is different from your WiFi, never visit a friend and use his WiFi? Work? Starbucks? VPN?

Dude, you don't have any idea about security and how it works. You might notice that a fair amount of websites no longer tell you if your password is incorrect and instead will say either your username or password are incorrect. This is done to protect people and enhance security. If you say the password is wrong, then an attacker can just try a bunch of usernames until they get the message that the password is wrong and now they got a username to work with to try and Crack the password of. You increase security by making them have to Brute Force both username and password.

Your idea is also flawed because if I'm an attacker trying to take control of your account so I can cheat and get it banned permanently, then I can answer the security questions and immediately know which ones I got right and which are wrong. Depending on supports policy, I might be able to correctly supply all the information and now I have control of your account. While you might be an insignificant target, imagine someone like BmCG or MSD having people trying to get their accounts. Odds are pretty good that 10 or so people would be all it would take to correctly guess everything and take control of their accounts since a fair amount of information is already online about it.

Kabam support is just doing what they're supposed to do to keep your account secure. They are following good security practices and I approve of it.

Well I guess its a good thing that Kabam security is NOT worked around YOU. Between my stores, the hotels I use, my home and my mobile I would have been banned long time ago

Their responsibility is protecting accounts, not making sure players remember things to help protect those accounts.
