I noticed that my points from the Webstore purchases are not being credited.

    I paid for seven days early rewards and had to wait till next at witch time It gave me 1 the rest are locked. I will never spend on this game again and advise anyone who asks to do the same.

    Not what Op was asking about.
    But your issue may be because Platinum Pass “advance days” only reward you with the early stuff on Platinum Track.

    The Gold Track you will have earned CREDIT for upcoming days, but you actually have to wait for the days to come before you can CLAIM the Gold Track stuff. (you can skip some days of doing Objectives in that case, but still have to wait for actual day to come).
