Why is my store notifications bugged?

My store was fine, but when I became Thronebreaker a “1” notification appeared despite there being nothing new in store and nothing to claim. I hoped it would reset/fix itself when I became Paragon but when I did it changed from a “1” to a “2” notification. Again, nothing new, nothing to claim.

I’ve sent a ticket and got a generic unhelpful answer and no one in the discord is able to help.

Does anyone know what the issue is and how to fix? It’s very annoying for me.

Did you check the rank-up tab?
You kinda just have to go through every tab thoroughly. It's not a bug. Something new is there, you've just gotta find it.

It’s not the rank up daily gift because I claim it everyday.

I’ve just been through the whole store and clicked on each individual item from hunters market to other and it changed from a “2” to a “1” notification.

But I don’t know what that notification is supposed to be, I’ve just been through everything.

I’ve been having a (3) on mine this month.

Went thru every tab, and won’t go away.

Think maybe it is items that were added that maybe only show up if a certain Progression (unlike other progression ones that are visible like normal, just locked).

So it’s just going to be there indefinitely lol? There’s no way to go down progression levels, so it’s just gonna be there until they fix it in and update (which the won’t because it’s not a big issue and I’ve only seen 2 other people say they have the same issue)

I have it, recently became valiant, and have this 1 in the store and it doesn't go away. I have gone through the store multiple times but no luck. Borderline annoying bug.
