Not getting twitch or mailed rewards

I didn't get any promo codes to my mail, despite registering several times.
Now I didn't get the twitch rewards after having to sit through the live stream.

Where do I even complain?
I can't submit support tickets for some reason.

1- Promo codes were on stream, they don't send mail.
2- Twitch drops, if you linked your account, on the notifications you can see 3 drops to claim, they will pop up in game after claiming
3- You got way too many problems

Twitch. Don’t you have to log back into your Twitch account afterwards to claim what they sent to your Twitch account ?

Promo Code by mail. Do you mean the GIVEAWAY monthly ones, next one being Purgatory, which for anyone not signed up yet the deadline is under 24 hours left to do so by now.

Yeah I meant Mojo and Knull. Didn't get neither of them.

I did try to log back in to twitch. Do I have to use the app? I used the browser.

Ah I see. In twitch I can get it in the browser if I use my laptop, but not on my phone (though maybe it's there somewhere in the UI).

So just no mail promo codes.
