Negative 999 units

I dont know why. I had almost 2k units and I've received zero refunds for anything. Why would my account be negative an oddly specific number if I didn't receive any refunds?

    Go to kabam support ASAP tell them if anyone has been making refunds with ur acc or smth it wasn't you, change ur password

    Did you make ANY real money purchases ?
    How many ?

    Is it possible the processor revoked/refunded a purchase, thinking that some of your multiple ones (especially for same amount) were unintended duplicates ? Or that they thought so many of them might have been a result of compromised account ?

    I thought about this and checked all my recent transactions. I only recognize the high holidays of mcoc (the big 4) so I did whale a Lil bit but nothing has been refunded and i didn't have anything taken out of my mcoc account. Nor did I receive any emails about refunds or bounced payments.

    Also 999 units seems oddly specific. I believe i had 1782 or something like that. So that would be roughly 2600 and there are no cash unit bundles that match that.

    Its not units its 999 Kabam credits.. I might be wrong but i believe 999 translates to 9.99

    It may be that they (Google, Apple, Xsolla) ended up never charging your account money for one of the purchases, even though the info for an extra purchase was initially relayed over to Kabam.

    This is the only thing I can imagine. Weird for it to take a few days. I haven't made a purchase since the hunter market dropped

    Ok. Now this is REALLY weird. There was 100% an error. I purchased the stark bundle and now it's saying I'm up 2000 units. That should have only covered 850 units. What in the confusion is going on. I should have waited for them to respond because this is all crazy now.

    As far as i am aware you are not supposed to buy units to cover that, there is a purple crate with Kabam credits that covers whatever was "refunded"
