    BG did use it, but wasn't even uncollected at the time and only got the gold.
    Somebody in chat told him about it without mentioning it would be better to wait until he hit cav to use it, so he got screwed.

    If you’ve already used one, it's done for you (unless you’re creating some new accounts)

    Yes, they still seem to be valid, noticed originally that they were going on at least for that first week, well beyond normal.
    And although Upper/Lower mix is allowed, has to be “correct” upper/lower mix. First Letter of Words can all start Upper (but MCOC was treated as all upper if you use mixture).
