How do I delete my game account?

    You're gonna have to translate that for those that can’t read Portuguese (or Spanish ?)

    But sounds like maybe it is saying the process has started, and that after 30 days (of no more activity ???) it will get deleted at that time ???

    Or do you need to know what the 2 different buttons would do, before pressing one ??

    I just want to delete this account and create a new one linked to this one, this is all just a Kabam circus

    in other games they are much simpler, if I had known this before, I would have given up before starting to play, it will be 1 month thrown in the trash

    Ok, (and from what looks like you creating a 2nd Forum Account for the follow ups)

    I assume you made your initial Player Name (in game) KAISEKD (without the ending R in Kaiser), saw that, and now want your in-game name to be WITH the ending R as in KAISERKD ? (I typed in Caps for reference)

    (Which matches the 2 styles of your Forum name here ?)
    (although, if you now have 2 Forum Accounts, then you must be using 2ndifferwnt email addresses anyways ?)

    There is an easier what, instead of deleting the 1st account and making the 2nd account (but attacked to the email address that your 1st one uses).

    **There is a NAME CHANGE TOKEN in the game (think everyone has 1 to start with for free ?)
    Look in your inventory, and look for a NAME CHANGE TOKEN.
    (can change name once every 30 days (??? I think), and subsequent ones cost you in-game Units to be able to do.

    And if that is not the issue, then just press the EXIT button at that picture. That means PERMANENTLY EXIT THE GAME (and account will go away after 30 days).

    I just made a quick account, if that were the case it wouldn't have the same name

    I just wanted to know about deleting or unlinking the account in the game, every time I do that it logs into a new account.
    and you already know about deleting
    I hate the idea of ​​waiting 30 days to get rid of an account I created by accident, and there isn't even a basic option to unlink the account.

    Kabam's customer service is terrible, I've seen several people with the same problem outside of here.

    No I didn’t say you created a 2nd account just to snoop around.

    I just assumed you had a SPELLING ERROR in the first one you made, and wanted to make a new one with correct spelling. (and so that's why you ended up with 2 Forum Accounts too)

    But I think I understand what the real problem you may be having…

    Is that screen pic ALWAYS coming up when you run the game every time now ?
    I think (because system knows what the LAST ACCOUNT was that you were inside the game as, it will NOT let you continue further into game, to be able to go into Login Settings and switch game accounts. (unless you say “Cancel Account Deletion” on that screen)

    Issue is similar to if one account of somebody's is banned. They are not able to proceed into game further to do “logout” so they are unable to switch game accounts. (starting game just sits at a “you are banned” message on screen). They are basically stuck.

    Doing ACCOUNT DELETION from in game settings assumes you don’t want to play the game at all anymore (on any account).

    You will need to contact Kabam if you want to delete just 1 account, but still continue to play on another account on that same device. (and it is weekend, probably not good Support until office opens again during the week).

    If you’re in that much of a hurry, you could just create a new gmail account or something and then just use that to create a new Kabam ID and game account.

    You say this is “much simpler” in other games. I’d like to know what those games are. Because the reason why the 30 day cooldown exists is when you ask for a game account to be deleted, that deletion is permanent. If there was a way to click a button and permanently delete a game account immediately, someone could literally pick up your phone one day and insta-vaporized your game account, with no way to ask support to get it back.

    I’m genuinely curious to know what these other games you’ve played that let people do that are. I keep a file of that sort of incompetence.

    It seems you like to defend these companies, with millions of dollars, with several devs and still they can't do the basics, they must have blacked out your account, even if that happened, you could recover with support, it has happened to me in other games, I'll mention some as an example:

    Mobile Legends Adventure
    Marvel Future Fight
